 All chemical & aluminum orders will be shipped with a MSDS sheet, please read before unpacking your order. Package will be labelled ORM-D and shipped according to USPS PUB 52. Oxidizers ( potassium perchlorate-potassium chlorate-potassium dichromate )cannot be shipped in the same package with powdered aluminum. If the containers were to break and mix in shipping they would then be FLASH POWDER which is classified as a HIGH EXPLOSIVE, We don't want that to happen. These items will not be shipped together, further more, you must order them in two seperate orders. All orders that consist of aluminum and oxidizers together will be refused. What this means is that you . will have to pay to ship two seperate orders. You and I don't want the CSPC on our butts. Their are 5 components to M_80's and salutes. OXIDIZERS-ALUMINUM POWDER-FUSE-TUBES AND END PLUGS. IT IS ILLEGAL TO SELL KIT'S TO MAKE THESE. If it appears that the products you are ordering are INTENDED (key word ) for M'80's or Salutes then you ( I ) have a problem. That's why we will not sell Oxidizer and metal together. We do not carry tubes or end plugs.
